There is no doubt that the 144,000 are a special group
of God's redeemed people. Many , because they know
in their
hearts they are not READY for the coming
of Christ, want to include the GREAT MULTITUDE
as part of the 144,000 so
that they will
be sure to be included in the special
blessings and priviliges accorded
to the 144,000 !
However; the Bible is clear, IF ACCEPTED JUST AS IT READS,
and leaving out man's WISHFUL THINKING , or surmisings !
Revelation 7:4 says clearly : "And I heard the NUMBER
of them which were sealed: and there were sealed
a HUNDRED
AND FORTY FOUR THOUSAND of all the
tribes of the Children of Israel". And then
verse 9 says: "AFTER THIS
I beheld, and lo,
A GREAT MULTITUDE which no man could
NUMBER ....". Not hard to see that
there are TWO
DISTINCT GROUPS !
Revelation 14:3, also shows that there are TWO
groups of redeemed, notice: "And they sung
as it were, a NEW
SONG, before the throne,
and before the four beasts, and the elders:
and NO MAN could learn that song, but the
HUNDRED
AND FORTY AND FOUR THOUSAND,
which were redeemed from the earth".
Why could ONLY THE 144,000 sing that song
?
Because it IS a SONG OF EXPERIENCE, a song,
which describes the people of God who are
alive just before JESUS
RETURNS and who
had to face HEAD ON the DEVIL'S FINAL
ATTACK against the people of GOD;
the IMAGE OF THE BEAST,
and
SATAN IMPERSONATING CHRIST!
BUT THERE ARE OVER 10,000,000
SEVENTH DAY ADVENTISTS !
THAT NUMBER IS MISLEADING !
There are over ten million registered
on the "CHURCH BOOKS" AS "PROFESSING"
to be Seventh Day Adventists,
but the sad fact before us is that
"FEW, VERY FEW" really meet
the
QUALIFICATIONS for that SPECIAL NAME !
CHRIST HIMSELF warned us what would be
the condition of the "CHURCH"
at
HIS SECOND COMING !
"I tell you that he will avenge
them speedily.Nevertheless when
the Son of man cometh, shall He
find
faith on the earth?"
Luke 18:8
JESUS ALSO SAID:
" Because
STRAIT is the gate,
and NARROW is THE WAY,
which leadeth unto life,
and FEW there be that find it."
Matthew
7:14
THE APOSTLE PAUL speaking of the SECOND COMING
OF JESUS says: "For this we say unto You, by
the WORD OF THE LORD,
that we which ARE ALIVE
and remain unto the coming of the LORD, shall
NOT PREVENT (PRECEED) them which are ASLEEP,
(resting in the grave); For THE LORD HIMSELF,
shall decend from heaven with a shout, with
the voice of the Archangel,
and with the
trumph of GOD: And the DEAD IN CHRIST,
(those who have died believing in Jesus
and are resting in
the grave) shall rise
first: Then we which are ALIVE and remain,
shall be caught up together with them in
the
clouds to meet the LORD in the air;
and so shall we ever be with THE LORD."
1 Thessalonians 4: 15-17
TO NUMBER something means to set a definite number
for the amount of items existing in a certain
type or kind. GOD
'NUMBERS' 144,000 SAINTS
who will "endure until the end" and
'OVERCOME' Satan and all those
who try
to destroy them !
THE BIBLE SAYS: " Believe in the
LORD your God, so shall ye be established;
believe his prophets, so shall
ye prosper.
2 Chronicles 20: 20. We believe THE BIBLE;
just as it is written, ALL OF IT ! We believe
GOD has
reserved the RIGHT to be the ONLY
one with the authority to in any way
CHANGE that WORD ! And since GOD says:
"For I am the LORD, I change not;
therefore ye sons of
Jacob are not consumed."
Malichi 3:6
"My covenant will I not break, nor alter
the thing that is gone out of MY lips !"
Psalm 89: 34
For those who "believe" that GOD
has sent a PROPHET for these last days,
the following GEMS from the writings
of
Ellen G. White are very helpful
in understanding this subject.
We personally believe(after 42 years
of
reading what she has written on
many Bible teachings and related subjects)
that her works are 100% inspired by the
Holy Spirit and therefore; since the
HOLY SPIRIT can not lie, are not the words
of Ellen White, but as stated
in
Revelation 12: 17; "The Testimony
of Jesus Christ". Therefore: of the
VERY SAME AUTHOR and AUTHORITY
as THE BIBLE !
Our High Calling

"O that every one of our youth would
realize the evil of foolish
conversation,
and correct the habit of speaking idle words!
Let every one who has indulged in this sin
repent
of it, confess it before God,
and put it far from him. In speaking
foolish words, you have dishonored the
name
of Christ; for you have misrepresented
Him in character. No word of guile was found
in His lips, no word of prevarication
or
falsehood. The people that are described
as making up the
ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND,
have
the Father's name written in
their foreheads, and of them it is said:
"In their mouth was found no guile:
for they
are without fault before the throne of God."
Rev. 14:5.
As I read these words from JESUS I am deeply
humbled my Friends, for I know that without
JESUS in my heart, I am a
lost sinner ! Notice
the qualifications stated in this message from
JESUS for those who would be a part of the
ONE
HUNDRED AND FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND,
who is there among the "professed Christians"
that qualify ?!

"I saw that the four angels would hold the four
winds until Jesus' work was done
in the sanctuary,
and then will come the seven last plagues. These
plagues enraged the wicked against the righteous;
they thought that we had brought the judgments of
God upon them, and that if they could rid the earth
of us, the
plagues would then be stayed. A decree
went forth to slay the saints, which caused them to
cry day and night for deliverance.
This was the time
of Jacob's trouble. Then all the saints cried out with
anguish of spirit, and were delivered by
the voice
of God. The ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY FOUR THOUSAND triumphed. Their faces were lighted up with the
glory of
God."
Such plain language that it is incredable
that
many insist "144,000, doesn't mean 144,000" !
But as we said before, since there are over
10,000,000 so called
SDA's registered on the
"books" to think that only 144,000 will be
saved at the return of Christ, is a "fearful"
and
even "terrifying" thought to the "professed"
worldly, Laodicean, Seventh-day Adventist !
And indeed they have cause
to "fear & tremble"
for:
JESUS said :
"And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the
ungodly and the sinner appear?" 1 Peter 4:18
OUR GOD IS AN AWESOME & HOLY BEING !
