September 11, 2001: A day forever etched in the minds of
the world as New York wakes up to a
beautiful clear day only to be plunged
into a disaster such as America has
never before experienced in all her
grand history ! Suddenly without a
moments warning, thousands are thrown
into ETERNITY as first one, and then
another huge jet slams into the trade

Catastrophe-proof Buildings Will Become Ashes

"I have seen the most costly structures in buildings
erected and supposed to be fireproof, and just as
Sodom perished in the flames of God's vengeance so
will these proud structures become ashes. . . . The
flattering monuments of men's greatness will be
crumbled in the dust even before the last great
destruction comes upon the world."--3SM 418 (1901).

God is withdrawing His Spirit from the wicked
cities, which have become as the cities of the
antediluvian world and as Sodom and Gomorrah. . . . Costly
mansions, marvels of architectural skill, will be
destroyed without a moment's notice when the Lord sees
that the owners have passed the boundaries of forgiveness.
The destruction by fire of the stately buildings,
supposed to be fireproof, is an illustration of
how in a short time earth's architecture will lie in

How did Ellen White know of these things that we now see fulfilled before our astonished eyes ? She knew the same way the Prophets of the Bible knew; The Holy Spirit, the Mighty Third Person of the Godhead, sent the Angel Gabriel to show her "things to come" ! As it says of the message given to John the Revelator on the Isle of Patmos:

"The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him,
to show unto his servants things which must shortly come to
pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his
servant John:" Rev. 1:1

The utter horror and agony of it all is overwhelming to the senses of a sane person. Why such horror, such destruction upon fellow humans ? Friend, there is no answer to this madness except You find it in the Word of God ! This is an act of the ENEMY of GOD and man, carried out by men & women who are possessed by his supernatural, evil, perverted spirit ! His name is found in the BIBLE , in fact he has several names and thousands are worshiping him today, some in secret, many openly. Here are some of his names :

"And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels
fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his
angels, And prevailed not; neither was their place found any
more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him." Rev. 12: 7,8,9.

War in Heaven ! Yes ! Lucicfer, "the covering cherub", the angel who stood in the presence of God, leader of the Angels of Heaven, Conductor of the Heavenly Choir, became jealous of Christ, fomented REBELLION in Heaven, and in the war that insued he,and all the angels who joined him were "cast out of Heaven to this earth ! His name was changed. In fact as the verse above shows he has several: Satan, Dragon, Devil, Serpent ! 'We're at War,' Bush Says Vowing Sustained Response

CAMP DAVID, Md. (Reuters) - President Bush on Saturday declared "we're at war" against those who staged devastating terror attacks on New York and Washington and vowed a sweeping and sustained military response.

In his strongest words since hijacked airplanes slammed into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on Tuesday, killing hundreds and leaving nearly 5,000 people missing, Bush began preparing Americans for what could be a long campaign against those responsible for the deadly attacks.

"We're at war," the president said as he met with the National Security Council at the Camp David presidential retreat, adding that the government would "smoke" those responsible "out of their holes" and bring them to justice.

For the first time, Bush specifically mentioned Saudi-born dissident Osama bin Laden, a wealthy Islamic fundamentalist believed in hiding in Afghanistan, as a prime suspect in the attacks. Bin Laden reportedly has denied involvement.

"He is what we would call a prime suspect," Bush said.

"If he thinks he can hide from the United States, and our allies, he will be sorely mistaken," said Bush, flanked by Secretary of State Colin Powell and Vice President Dick Cheney who sat around a conference table in one of Camp David's lodges for a morning of meetings to deliberate a response.

A day after an emotional visit to ground zero where wrecked ruins of the World Trade Center's twin towers in New York entomb thousands, Bush made clear a response was on the way.

"We will find those who did it, we will smoke them out of their holes, we will get them running, and we will bring them to justice," said Bush who added that a "group of barbarians have declared war on the American people".

"Underneath our tears is the strong determination of America to win this war. And we will."

Other top officials at the 2-1/2 hour meeting at the secluded retreat in Maryland's Catoctin Mountains included Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Henry Shelton, national security adviser Condoleezza Rice and Attorney General John Ashcroft.

BUSH TO MILITARY: "GET READY"

In his radio address, Bush said the perpetrators had "chosen their own destruction."

"I will not settle for a token act. Our response must be sweeping, sustained and effective. We have much to do and much to ask of the American people. You will be asked for your patience, for the conflict will not be short," he said.

"You will be asked for resolve, for the conflict will not be easy. You will be asked for your strength because the course to victory may be long," he said.

"Those who make war against the United States have chosen their own destruction. Victory against terrorism will not take place in a single battle but in a series of decisive actions against terrorist organizations and those who harbor and support them," he added.

Bush has received Congressional approval to use "all necessary and appropriate force" -- just short of a declaration of war but one that allows Bush to strike. The president has approved activation of up to 50,000 reserve troops.

Officials would not give any hint of what sort of response might be taken. White House spokesman Ari Fleischer said nothing has been ruled out, including ground troops.

Asked for a message for the reservists, Bush said: "The message is for everybody who wears the uniform -- get ready. The United States will do what it takes to win this war."

"There is a desire by the American people to not seek only revenge, but to win a war against barbaric behavior, people that hate freedom and hate what we stand for," he added. "And this is an administration that is going to dedicate ourselves to winning that war."

Acknowledging that Americans had to put up with some inconveniences due to heightened security, Bush nevertheless said he hoped life could return to normal in the United States. Fleischer said the country was ready for whatever response was necessary. "While the public is ready today, the president will act when the moment and the time is right. There is no question America is rallied and ready."

In a piece of good news for Washington in its attempt to build international support for military action, Powell said Pakistan had agreed to assist the United States "in whatever might be required" in dealing with neighboring Afghanistan.

Powell, speaking to reporters at the national security meeting, said he wanted to "thank the president and people of Pakistan for the support that they have offered, and their willingness to assist us in whatever might be required in that part of the world."

The United States sought from Pakistan permission for military overflights and a closing of its border with Afghanistan, along with other requests. The United States is preparing for possible military action in Afghanistan, where bin Laden is believed to be in hiding.

Powell said Pakistan had agreed to all U.S. requests.

Few, very few , realize the seriousness of this present time. For those who have been carefully studying the movements of the world nations, and comparing rapidly occuring events world wide, with the PROPHECIES OF THE BIBLE; it is evident that beyond any doubt we have come to the time so vividly portrayed in the book of Daniel chapter eleven & twelve, Notice what God says:

But he shall have power over the treasures of gold and of silver, and over all the precious things of Egypt: and the Libyans and the Ethiopians shall be at his steps. But tidings out of the east and out of the north shall trouble him: therefore he shall go forth with great fury to destroy, and utterly to make away many. And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall
come to his end, and none shall help him." Daniel 11:40-45.

THE KING OF THE SOUTH is EGYPT. How do we know ? The Bible states exactly that fact :

And shall also carry captives into EGYPT their gods,
with their princes and with their precious vessels of silver and of gold; and he shall continue more years than the KING of the NORTH. THE KING OF THE SOUTH shall come into his kingdom, and shall return into his own land.

History records for us the events of chapter eleven. PAGAN ROME and EGYPT are the two powers mentioned in these verses. BUT a change takes place in verse 31:

"And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall
pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the
daily [sacrifice], and they shall place the abomination that
maketh desolate." Daniel 11: 31
