Here is a picture of the view looking out our window
today, December 19, 2005.
We live in a beautiful mountain valley in Southern
British Columbia, Canada. The #1 Highway runs through this canyon for the most part it is several hundred feet above the Fraser
River. It is very quiet and peaceful except for the few minutes when a train breaks the quietness. We live close to
the tracks but are quite used to the noise and it never disturbs our sleep. We have lived here for 16 years in a house
that is now 100 years old.
