clothed divinity with humanity. Isaiah describes
him, saying: "Unto us a child is born,
unto us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder; and his name
shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty
God,
the Everlasting Father,
The Prince of Peace."

Awesome mystery, wonderful reality,
Jesus Christ, The Great
Creator God,
One with The Eternal Father
and Holy Spirit
from everlasting, having neither "beginning of days, nor end of life"
the very Divine Being who formed man of the "dust of the ground" left all the glories of Heaven and the worship of thousands of unfallen angels, to come to this "sin cursed"
earth, to become "one with us" suffering the most cruel mockings and
torture and death that we might be delivered from our wretched lost
condition, to have a life that "measures with the life of God !
